Just make sure you go all-in and don’t return to bad habits. App of the week: RememBear review A smart, simple, usable password manager. However, Simplicity is also a feature, and Remembear shines at it. This lightweight password manager from the TunnelBear VPN folks is furry good. No Security Center is available, which is a sore thumb ( Dashlane, 1Password and many others have services like this), and would be great from an education point of view, since this app was clearly meant for the technologically less Savvy. Though there are lower-priced options or apps that offer more features, RememBear offers a solid combination of excellent security features, a unique account. The Paid versions come with multi-device sync, the free tier unfortunately does not have this ability, although when you sign up, you’ll get 30 days free Premium access. However, you shouldn’t expect many extra features from RememBear: they focus mainly on necessary functionality. It stores your passwords and other data and helps you generate secure, unique passwords. You can also keep your Credit Cards, and Secure Notes in Remembear, but there is no sharing option unfortunately. RememBear is a decent password manager with a nice interface. We’ve prepared a practical buyer’s guide to help make the best choice. But there’s more We’ll share our comprehensive methodology. Out of them, only a few lived up to our professional standards. Importing your passwords is a breeze, and there is a password generator as well (in the add-ons). We evaluated 35 of the best password manager tools on the market. In 2021, we looked at six password managers. Firstly, Remembear is available on iOS, Android, Mac and PC, and browser companion add-ons for Chrome, Firefox and Safari. We also disqualified quite a few free options that imposed limits on the number of devices you could use or the number of passwords you could store. This is not a service with a lot of bells and whistles, so not too many unique features, but what’s actually available, is rock solid. RememBear's installer takes you through a thorough onboarding process, much like Keeper Password Manager & Digital Vault does. RememBear tries to focus on a few things, and make them as useable as possible.
